1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray and place the boneless pork shoulder inside.
2. Pour in 8 ounces of Pepsi®, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, cinnamon powder, coriander powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if you like a kick).
3. Cover and set on high for 6 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
4. Remove pork, shred using 2 forks. Toss with 2 cups of crock pot liquid, remaining 8 ounces of Pepsi®, and apple cider vinegar.
5. Serve pulled pork on sesame buns. Top with coleslaw.
